Line is a free instant messaging application that can be used on various platforms such as smart phones, tablets and computers. LINE is enabled by using the internet so users LINE can do activities such as send text messages, send a picture, video, voice mail, and others. LINE is claimed to be the best-selling instant messaging applications in 42 countries. LINE developed by the company in Japan called NHN Corporation. The LINE was first released in June 2011 and initially only be used on systems iOS and Android. After the success of the system on both the LINE entered in the hosts operating system BlackBerry. Then in the year 2012, the LINE officially launched an application thatcan be used on Mac and Windows.

The success of the LINE instant messaging application as seen from a user who has reached 101 million in 230 countries in the world. The LINE occupied the 1st place in the category of free applications in 42 countries, including Japan, Taiwan, Spain,Russia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia,the United Arab Emirates, and others. The LINE will open an Office in Indonesia officially in mid-2012, and content localization application Indonesia planned to be completed in 2013. LINE can be used on various platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry OS even Computer Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows.

LINE can only be used for your fellow users of the LINE. The application can be downloaded on the website of the official LINE, BlackBerry App World, Google Play, the App Store, or Windows Marketplace. LINE using the phone number as the ID and can create user ID to make it easy for people to invite you. You can also hide the phone number to protect your privacy.
