How To Use LINE for Newbie

Now I want to share tips and tricks application usage Line @ especially will be useful for those of you who have a lot of busyness, too busy, many Affairs and others. Application of Line @ this can ease you serve Your customer automatically, fast and minimum of your intervention.

I would like to share your experiences in advance, I am a Student of business, it has 4 side venture, namely the services of promotion, Agency Design, Production and Distribution of goods Custom. I don't really have a lot of free time because they have to learn in College, studying for quizzes or exams, and then must post advertising (promotions), the process of the shirts in the message (distro), to market all of my efforts, and oper to the designer if there orderan. Very much my job. With limited time, I became very slow response, resulting in customers disappointed, some even thought I cheated. But it's not terpegang because I do everything myself, understand capital still college students. In addition to the lecture I also need refreshing go same friends hang out or go on a date and week Saturday to church or exercise when there are contents of the events in the Church. It's not just a matter of happy-happy, I also had to develop a line of business that is already way, so that's not stuck there, such as finding suppliers, promotion, search customer wakes up networking and others. I've tried new admin for help, and only helps a little burden to reply to the customer and can not be 100% removed, even had to pay the salaries of such Admins.

Finally in the development process to the search for solutions that can be counteredwith a system of automatic Line @ so there is no need to reply to one message consumers on because from my experience many customer asked original but not serious to order our products or services. Sometimes it doesn't always want to pay bargaining and sometimes also cheats the system then by Line @ we only serve a customer who has been convinced, serious order, and checks the incoming payment. Greatly facilitate for people who don't have a lot of bustle.

However it would be better if it still provided admin customer service to serve some of the confusion of how to use the @ Line System. However the customer would prefer to be served by human beings. Let's start way setting Line @ in order to serve the customer automatically

First, you must install the application LINE is located in the playstore/appstore or for PC users can search apk LINE at google, after installed then go to the LINE and the application will open a display the beginning of the LINE that requires the user to register or enter an id that is already owned. If you are a new user then you are required to register with the new list button mengklick way.

Second, Tap the icon at the top right of the Managed account LINE @ you. then select Reply Mode.

Turn off mode 1-on-1 chat mode.

Turn off mode Recieve Messages in Auto Reply Mode.

Then press Greeting Message.

Please write down the words of welcome for the newly added account LINE @ (at) You as a friend.

Third, in order for Your customer can be served automatically, without you having to reply to one on one chat Line @ (at) from them. Make a Greeting Message that explains that the account Line @ (at) you reply to their chat automatically. So that they follow the rules correctly. (see example screenshot I made)

Because when your customer does not follow the way of the correct reply then it will not appear the answers according to what they need.

Give an example of a correct reply is/should be, to make it more easily emulated and followed by Your customer.

Fourth, after making a Greeting Message that is easily understood and followed by the customer, you'll create Keyword Reply Message.

-Press The Add Keyword.

-Input the Keyword into the keyword entered by the customer in the chat to get the appropriate information they need.

For example:

My keyword content with the number "1"

Additional Keywords can be filled or not filled out no problem.

-Edit the Reply Message in the content with what answers you would like to reply to Customer if you chat with number 1.

For example I have wrote in the Greeting Message If the customer would like to inquire about information services add liqueur fanspage please type 1.

Edit the contents of the Reply Message on keyword 1 is information about services add fanspage liqueur.

Fifth, when you are finished filling out the Greeting Message and engage the Reply Message.

You must enter an Auto Reply Message.

-Do I press Auto Reply Message, and then click the Create New Message.

-Edit Message, input the words if the customer you enter keywords that you provide.

Do you often communicate with others with effiecienly time?? Do you know that we can use social media to communicate with others? Do you know that facebook is leading on top social media networking sites? Finally, do you know about facebook?

There are any questions abaot how to communications. Because we are often to communicate with the others, and we need to communicate by safe and efficient so do effectively. Exactly there are a lot of social media’s kind, such as facebook. Facebook as a kind of social media has a lot of officially members, on june 2017 it has more than 2 billion members. So it’s leading the top social media networking sites, at the first place it have a lot of members and channels. Besides, it has any features to support all that we need to communicate. 

It likes all are here. what we need to communicate with others are available, so when we open facebook once rowing two three islands exceeded. 

Someday I have any request jobs from my leader, one of them is spreading information about post graduate admissions socialization. It held about 7 days after it requested, so I have too short time to spread information. Which is held in some places in some different islands. I think besides I sent a letter to the state university or kopertis, I can use social media to spread the information. After knowing partners who will be and place where socialization is held. I was started to search contact in internet, searching graduated students who lives in those place. Besides, i am joining some groups in facebook such as socialization in mataram so I am joining group of unram. Sending some messeges to graduated students by facebook messenger. Alhamdulillah, it’s work! It was held successful.

But there are some disadvantages which make some people will be worried. My friend has account facebook, but because of her husband too protected he doesn’t like it. He doesn’t like another man send a messege to his wife or send a pic. May be it’s So he wanna erase this account. The others is technology information laws, there are any rule about it. So we must think again before click send, we must read it again. We have to use right word with attitude to use facebook. For example there are people who make status about sara, and they must deal with laws. 

All of those disadvantages can be solved by ourselves, because it’s depend on personal people. Even it has disadvantages, it’s also has a lot of advantages. So we must have acount facebook to make our life more happy and peacefull :D

On june 2017 mark zuckeberg has told that facebook has officially 2 billion member. Furthermore, it’s the most popular social media networking sites. Leading another sites at the first place, and the second place is youtube.

The others, we can safe our time or power. Because we don’t need any time to communicate with another people. We don’t need to meet each other, to talk about something or sharing information. We can make a groups or fan page, to promote goods or something else. That’s why we should have an account facebook.

There are a lot of social media in this moment, but we can see the top popular social networking sites. Dremgrow has made a stat about it so we can see the most popular social networking sites. In this picture below, we can see that facebook is leading.   And we can see that youtube in the second place, the third is instagram and followed by another social network. On june 2017 mark zuckerberg has announced that facebook community had officially 2 billion peoples.

And 50 minutes was longer than the time which americans people spent to socialize like visiting family, friends, or teamwork. They usually spend about 43 minutes each day doing social activities (according to bureasu of labor statistics).

               By this fact, we can see that facebook or social media have an important role. By using social media can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of time. It as a lot of advantages but also disadvantages. So we must have a way how to prevent social media negative effects.
If there isn’t social media (like facebook or another social media), we must spent many time to communicate with another people. Old days we used to use letter which helped by post office to communicate. It’s need too long time and power. But now by internet we can make social media like facebook to communicate with our friends, family, or teamwork.
               This article will describe us how to prevent the negative effects of social media. How to communicate safe by using social media, is it about content, picture, attitude, or in the eyes of the law. Because we have informations technology laws.There are many theories about it, but some basic theories which related to communication ethics in the internet media are:  

a.       Utilitarisme

b.      Theory of Rights and Obligations

c.       Priority Theory

Besides, there are a lot of guide or ethics in social media. They are:

a.       We talk with human, when we talk with human we must have attitude. How to talk with older peoples, how to talk with leaders, how to choose the right word.

b.      We have the same communication standard. 

c.       We must have good personality.

d.      When we make an email with attachment, please check again what if file attachment include before we click send.

e.       When we make an account make sure that the name is describing us.

f.       When we make a message make sure that the receiver know us as a sender, we can introduce ourself.

g.      Emotional control, this is too important that when we’re in emotional try not to use social media because at the moment our emotions in high we can not think well.

Before click send when we make status, please be sure again! We can read once again whether it will hurt others or  will give negative effect to us.

Sometimes we make status while we’re in emotion, it’s under control. Without thinking long time, such as floren*e who make status about jgja. She is post graduate student in one of the state university, because she creates that status she has to deal with the law.

That is why we must have attitude to use social media, there are any reasons to have a good personality. So we can have a lot of friends, family, or we can get any jobs. We can live peacefull, and make our lives more usefull.
